NASA Spec Iron Road Race Cars built at Watson Racing
When it comes to buying a race car, you want to go to a source that you can trust. You want to go to the team that has built more than just a couple of cars… you want the team that has built HUNDREDS of race cars. It’s what we do all day, every day. Experience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are what sets a Watson Racing-built car apart from all the others in the field. We search for the best cars we can find in the market and turn them into something you’ll be proud to race and show off. Built to NASA Spec Iron rules with a number of options to choose from, we can tailor a car to suit your needs and budget. The car will receive a full precision alignment and initial chassis set-up including driver weight, as well as in-house chassis dyno verification to calculate horsepower/weight ratios.
This 2010 Grabber Blue Mustang GT has only 46,000 miles on it with a clean title. This build will include all Spec Iron-approved Ford Racing parts including all new control arms and front/rear bushings, large-capacity aluminum radiator, and Ford Racing intake/calibration. The car will also receive HVT coil over suspension, Brembo brakes w/ race pads, and a Watson Racing roll cage- the same cage used by race teams nation-wide, as well as new wheels and NEW Toyo slicks. Some of the available options will include an AIM data acquisition system, fuel cell, short throw shifter, ABS upgrades, and many more.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a very desirable blue race car the way YOU want it! Communication through the entire build process, and customer service after the sale that is second-to-none. Prices start at $42,000, including car. If you have ever considered building a track day car or want to see what it takes to get into a full Spec Iron race car, please give us a call and it will be our pleasure to assist.
